SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from Vancouver BC Canada. Before each shipping, items are inspected and packaged in bubble wrap to ensure the risk of shipping damage is reduced. We use Canada Post for all shipping. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you once the items are shipped. We ensure the items get to you in a timely fashion with no interruption. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for alternate arrangements.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At PopartbyKS, we strive for customer service. If you would like to return an item, item is shipped back to Vancouver BC on the buyer's cost. Item must be in original package and not to be damaged. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method once item is recieved and inspected. A 20% restocking fee is applied. For exchanges, no restocking fee is applied but shipping fee of the exchanged item is to be paid for by the buyer.
